At The Official Traitors Shop, we want you to feel confident in your loyalty; however, if your order isn't a perfect match, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the 'Traitors' branded tags are intact and including the printed return authorization slip inside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Await Verification

  Once our team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
